Hey All! Hope you are better soon Eliza, can't believe you are on wk 24! well bloody done and getting 100lbs off both Eliza and ms fattitude (or should that be thinitude?) That is AMAZING! I joined a gym tonight I am soooo getting back to my fitness roots, havent felt this good about working out for so long!! VERY HAPPY XXX (even with my small loss last night)

Ah Ms F, no boot up the jacksie. Life is gonna throw these things at us. I found a while ago that if i thought of them in their raw state and all the little critters that crawled upon things, then the people who handled them, not washing their hands after loo breaks etc..........it kinda put me off, though you do have to get into the right mindset for that.

Hi tweetz, I lost 10 lbs on RTM - and it was so eductaional for me. Found out that bread and pasta = weight gain, alcohol often means unwise choices, and rice leaves me feeling hungrier the next day! Choc, ice cream and cheese pretty much ok except ensuring i find the stop button before I eat far too much! LOL. Enjoy your new phase!

Did try post all this in one go but is said post was too long so don't know what happened there. Just hop I lose while I am in RTM, found that the choc and raisan bars have more calories than the nut fudge... does that matter?? Also did any of u guys lose any weight while on RTM - if so how much. Thanks again for all your support much appreciated x

but I used semi skimmed milk didn't have skimmed milk, just wanted to know how much powdered sweetner I can use as it says for tea/coffee use powdered sweetener? I did speak to my LLC councillor and she said decision is yours but your BMI is in the healthy range I thought its best to do RTM then leave it in the middle and then atleast I am a member if I wanted to come back (hopefully won't have to) once Ramadhan is over I will start going to the gym so that should help

Hi All went for my weigh in on Wed and hav lost .2 I suppose its better than nothing, just wanted to thank all of your for your support really appreciated. I have gone into RTM and had my 1st meal yesterday
as its Ramadhan eating pattern is late as I have to wake up early morning to have 1ltr of water and a shake and in the evening the meal a shake and bar yesterday I had my bar with my tea

I know exactlt how you feel Tweetz. Last time I did LL I didn't do RTM and blindly thought I could go alone. I lost 9 Stone last time.
I have just hit the 8 stone mark and am starting to feel frustrated and anxious. I have thought about RTM when I hit the 9 stone loss. I think it is a combination of being scared of just quitting and not finishing the journey and financially frustrated. Like Eliza says utimately it has to come from you the decision to go into RTM. I am sure you will make the right decision and be very successful

Tweetz, I'm sure a year on and so close to your goal it's getting harder to focus, but don't worry about your lapses. Today is a fresh day so just sit down and think about how brilliant it will feel getting to your goal and just think, if you stick to the programme, in less than a month it will be a reality! Then you'll be able to start RTM and concentrate on the food reintroduction fully rather than still worrying about those last few lbs. Saying that, this is a decision only you can make. If you're ready to move on, then you're ready to move on. Have you spoken to your LLC? |
