Bars shouldn't make any difference, some people dont lose til later in the week, your scales might not be the same as LL ones, and some weeks you just don't lose as much.
if you want a bar a day, have one, don't deny yourself. I'm hooked on nut fudge, was never bothered about bars except for convenience until they brought that one out.

I have always had the bars and it has made no difference to me. The only thing that slows your weight loss down is coming off the plan or not drinking enough water or not eating all the packs. They would'nt give you the packs if they slowed it down!! oh and another way o lsow it down is eating more than one bar a day which i have been tempted to do today

I lost 7lbs my very first week of abstinence without bars and then 6lbs the next week with them so I think they're ok! Our bodies are all different though.

I don't think they do personally.. if you like them, have them - its still very low calorie with the bars included so the weight will shift eventually

Fed up, fed up, fed up - been to WI tonight lost 1 lb after good walk & aerobics session this week, was hoping for 4lb, since new year only been averaging 2lb a week whereas before christmas was averaging 3 per week.:((: Drinking same amount of water as before,had 1 slip where I ate a SMALL salad with wafer thin ham. At this rate I'll still be here next year was hoping to be around tarhget for Easter.
