The thing is I'm not buying packs. Maybe when my bars run out I will probably but 7 bars a week but that's it. It's not really the closed group that attracts me but the fact that people are in that 'losing weight' frame of mind. I think other people's moods and attitudes really do rub off on you.

I work with a guy that is so moody on a morning, I walk in all bright and breezy but as soon as I meet him, I feel as grumpy as he does until he comes out of his coma!!!

Like I said, I will keep with the management group as one of the girls there is in the same situation as me and we get on really well so hopefully we can motivate each other.

I was more thinking of LynnM re moving to foundation.

I can see why you can only do management when not buying packs, otherwise bend the rules for you and soon there'll be people wanting to do refresher groups but using exante packs... hope the other girl helps to keep you motivated

Sorry Lynn, Didn't mean to Hijack your thread.

If you are buying packs then I would definitely suggest that you ask your LLC if you can move to a foundation/development. I think these would be your best bet because these will be full of people that are on their first attempt and hopefully full of enthusiasm for it and that will rub off on you.

We all know that LL works so good luck with your new start x x

Hi Lynn,

When I restarted in Feb this year my counsellor suggested I come back to a foundation group so that I had some structure and support to help e through the first few months. I think if you feel your counsellor isn't giving you enough support you need to try and find another one in your area to change too.

All the counsellors are not the same and there are some not so good ones out there but there are also a lot of excellent ones too. I am very lucky that mine is amazing.

This group will also give you loads of support as the guys on here are brilliant and have a wealth of experience under their belts........You have to feel comfortable with your counsellor though otherwise its easy to make excuses and lose the motivation to finish your journey.
