i have taken alli in the past and you are not allowed to take it if what you eat/drink has hardly any fat init, because basically nothing will happen and you will be wasting your money.

i used xenical... it gave me stomach cramps, made my stools hurrendous and taught me nothing about the psycholoigcal side... i lost no weight..

Week 1= -8.4 lbs
Week 2= -3.7 lbs
Week 3= -4.2 lbs
Week 4= -5.3 lbs 21.6 lbs gone

After a year am coming back to refreshers in a foundation group as need to lose the 4 stone ive put on after my operations (
