Having extra packs probably seems like the lesser of food evils because they're "allowed", but as mentioned it doesnt really matter what you're eating if you're not hungry - its a different issue that needs addressing! I was so dizzy and my blood pressure was really low. I ended up lifeless, so one night i had one extra pack and i can honestly say it was what i needed.. i dont regret it, i dont suggest it.. it was just what was right for me at the time.. as i knew what my body needed. I never did it again apart from that one time. I do agree with the aspect of 'if your going to stick to a plan... stick to the whole plan' i think maybe some people including myself are worried that its a physical problem as to why theyre hungry and are worried that theyre doing harm to themselves.. and it may well be that it is psychological but its impossible for them to know in that state of mind.. if u tell urself ur hungry u will think u are.... remember the lemon??? i think maybe there needs to be some kind of OOH call line that people can ring for support in the evenings.. i always ate my last two packs late because i was always worried i would eat them all and then get hungry later in the evening.. thats a bad habit.. Week 1= -8.4 lbs Week 2= -3.7 lbs Week 3= -4.2 lbs Week 4= -5.3 lbs 21.6 lbs gone After a year am coming back to refreshers in a foundation group as need to lose the 4 stone ive put on after my operations (Image: http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wqDcYOt/blk-weight.png | ||
