so this may have messed up ketosis somewhat ... I would've had around 8 glasses over this week. Also I had a few glasses of soda water in London the other night, all of which had limes and lemon wedges added. I fished them out by my counsellor told me that it would take me out of ketosis - not sure it would make that much difference - but apparently it does!!!
Ah ok. Well lost 3 pounds - good but hoped for more -it is my third week. However TOTM and you will laugh ... I discovered (with absolute horror) that my eldest son (14) had been making my water with a tsp of sugar rather than the lemon powder .... doh
