| My journey on the lighterlife plan Hi all, i've just turned dirty 30, I Started on LL last Jan and now im back. I did so well but had a few slippery steps after foundation. This diet works, you will loose weight - but the important thing is to keep on track and try to maintain it. So here I am again, as eager as ever. Also a little angry at myself for having to go through this again, but my weekly losses will give me something to look forward to. (all my previous blogs and charts, and weekly losses are below. Before I fell pregnant in 2002 I was a healthy size 10/12. But when I was pregnant I put on 2 stone by the time I was 4 months - By the time she was born (only 7lb 4oz) I was in a dress size 22. And slowly shifted some weight but still verging on a 16/18 and more recently 18/20 . I have been on many diets since 2003 and I really need this to work as I am v unhappy. I never let people see how miserable I am about my weight but I am so desperate to get back into some slim leg trousers and sleeveless tops in the summer I must add that I am eager to make this work more than ever now - and Im v excited to start. Well what a fantastic result - 9.5lbs loss this week. I am so happy.Water and green tea - and plenty of is the trick!!! Apart from feeling a little lethargic (well actually a lot lethargic) today, ive been fine. Had cravings galore for certain foods which I know is normal, and if I resisit for an hour then it passes. \:D

Well after a 4 month break and 1 stone gain later I am back - Im not worried about the gain as I put it on in less time tha I lost it - prob took me 2 1/2 weeks to loose a stone in the beginning so RESULT!! Had a good day - well any day is good if you can get through it without lapsing. Been to work, did a lot of running around, felt a little dizzy on occasion but on the whole ive been ok. I looked at myself in my undies this morning in the mirror and i can see such a difference

Well, its the start of week 6, and I had my end of week 5 weigh in today - I have lost 0lbs - not a sausage. when i went for my mid week on sunday i had lost 1.5lbs and today i was told that it has gone back on

Feeling better today - had my 1st bar today aswell - I tried a peanut one - was really nice. I dont usually like peanuts but I like tracker bars etc and its kinda like that. Was busy at work, and I think the extra energy from the bar kept me going - for some reason though I feel like im cheating by having a bar - I guess as it is solid and not in liquid form. Well, had a great day shopping with my daughter, my friend and her new baby girl, but around 2pm i felt faint again - i was rather worried. But im going to see the dr on wed just to check myself. i checked my blood pressure on a machiene and it was 131 / 79 - is that ok? i am unsure - lol. x

Yesterday was good, had a busy day at work, no cheating still - omg - how have I done it for so long, went to mum and dads after work to look after my little bro (well he's 22, but still my little bro), he's just had a hernia op, so feeling a little delicate, plus the rest of my family were out. Well I have lost 3.5lbs this week and I am so pleased as I have done 1stone 2lbs now in 3 weeks. Also I bought some primark size 18 trousers (the equal to a size 16 as they r so small!!!) and I got them on. My dress size is 18 or 20 when I started 3 weeks ago and I couldnt get into the trs, there was a gap. And I put them on for work this morn and they fit!!! Yey.

Well it finally arrived, my week 2 weigh in and I have lost 4.5lbs this week - yahooooooooooooooooooo. Im so pleased as my monthly started yesterday.
