I've not posted in a few weeks so I thought I'd give you an update on my progress.
I've now lost 2st 7lbs so I've finally reached the magic 9 stones and my BMI is just under 23. As you may know from reading through previous posts my ideal goal was (and still is to be honest) 8st 7lbs but a couple of weeks ago, on the back of advice from my LLC I decided the time was right to move to RTM....

Weigh in last night and I'm down another pound. Not fantastic but it is in line with previous weeks so I can't be too disheartened. I do keep tryng to reiterate all the positives but in truth I would like to lose more than 1 or 2 pounds each week. I'm sticking to the plan but maybe I need to really up my exercise in...

It's weigh in day today and I still get the same old nervous feeling the closer I get to stepping on the scales. For some reason I just can't seem to shed the feeling that I wont have lost anything at all. I had hoped that after 11 weeks this would have diminished by now but no such luck. I hope everyone has had a good weekend and managed to enjoy some fine weather. I am plodding along nicely on the plan although I have to say that I find weekdays easier than weekends. Not so much in terms of food but getting the water down when I'm not in work is a challenge shall we say! I am really trying but I just can't seem to get past the 2ltr mark. Hi All,
Weigh in last night and I lost a further pound. I know it's not billiant but a loss is a loss (and it was almost 2lbs actually but I'm only counting the whole ones!) This now takes me to 20lbs and 14.5" lost in 9 weeks, which I'm happy with. To get to my goal I have around the same again to lose in the same amount of time, so I guess that means I'm on track.
Our group last night was great...

Hope everyone had a lovely Easter and enjoyed some time away from the daily grind. At weigh in the scales showed I'd lost 2lbs this week, not fantastic but at least it's 2lbs off rather than on. I think I'm just going to have to accept that I'm a slow loser and not be too disappointed each week. Whilst it is going in the right direction I'm beginning to wonder whether I'll meet my targe...

Day 47 already, I really can't believe how time is flying by - plan wise and year wise ... almost April already. So looking forward to summer this year where I'll be lighter and slimmer and wont have to worry as much about summer clothes and 'glowing' too much! An ok weekend on the plan, eating and temptation haven't been the issue but due to being busy and not planning ahead enough I've not managed to have all three packs each day nor drink anywhere near enough water. No point in dwelling on it though; today is a new day and I'll get back on track from now.

In the past I think the most I've lost in one go was 16lbs, that took a lot longer than 5 weeks and I had to practically starve myself to get there. As Spinders commented on my post yesterday, LL is certainly not something you just decide to do overnight, you have to be in the right place to make the commitment. Yesterday was another good day, again managed all three packs and 3lts of water but I feel a bit rubbish. I haven't really had any bad side effects since starting the plan. The first few days were a bit tough but I put that down to getting into ketosis, however I am finding it really difficult to go to the loo and it's making me really bloated and sluggish. My tummy is very very tender ...

Not really much to report from yesterday. Packs went fine (strawberry, mushroom and half a fruit bar) and I managed to drink 2ltrs of water yesterday. No struggles or temptations. Still not really hungry enough for that final pack of the day after having my meal in the evening with hubby but it is a little easier now that I can have bars. The only issue there is that with it been my first week...

Back from my weekend away and all went really well. I was a little concerned that temptation may be too much for me but it really hasn't. I planned in advance what packs I would have and also what my meals would be. 1st weigh in proper and I'm really really happy to have lost 5lbs in my first week!!!! I'm firmly in ketosis now so the hunger pangs have all but gone (just the head ones remaining I think!)
The session after weigh in was a bit disjointed - more of a general girly gossipy chat than anything else but the group are great and for now I'm happy just to be a part of this and discovering little,...

No problems with day six. I did think that with it being Shrove Tuesday I might encounter some difficulties but in the end I just wasn't bothered. There was a moment when I really wanted some of what my other half was having but that was fleeting and I felt quite proud of myself, not only for not giving in to small temptations but that I didn't really fell the need to indulge either.

Day four went without a hitch. I was quite busy at work and felt a little hungry throughout the day but just kept downing the water inbetween a strawberry shake for breakfast and mushroom soup for lunch.
