hello everyone! my name is michelle and i started LL on the 18th Feb. i'm the 2nd week in so far and finding it ok. i lost 9lbs in my first week which is keeping me going! My aim is to be around a size 10 (16-18 atm) and be able to wear nice dresses/skirts. Here's to the next 13 weeks and by the end of it, at least a 3 stone lighter me! Bring it on! \:D |
well day 40 is now here. time seems to be going quick at the moment, hope it continues too.

my mum just measured me to and so far ive lost a total of 10inches (all over). thats my bust, waist and hips being measured. well chuffed with that. \:D

Havent been on here for a while. stupid laptop went on the blink. all fixed now!
still going strong in abstinence .. well at least i think i am. i havent cheated. still wanting food so bad, but thats why i am in this mess! for eating whenever i thought of food.
i have found myself cooking food alot over the past couple of weeks for my partner. i swear hes ea...

well the weekend is offically over. i dread the weekends. dont know why. perhaps as im usually binging on alcohol and food.
sometimes i still have a split second thought 'what shall i have for food tonight' as if my brain forgets what im doing. i find myself arguing with myself quite alot now ... in my head ...

well... my journey seems to b going smoothly. im loving the nut fudge bar! mite have 1 2nite with a hot chocolate.

today started out good, back to work after a long weekend off. time seemed to have flown today.
really struggling tonight.
i have a face like a smacked bum
and im desperate to eat something

Had a lot of energy today. was awake early due to my dad working on my back garden and there was a lot of drilling, banging and so forth going on, so could not sleep! and i love my lie ins on a sunday morning.
Cleaned the whole house! which made me feel fab, love a clean house! i then went to the gym to do a dance class called Zumba. its such a laugh! wish it was on in the week 2 so i could do it ...

Went shopping today with my mum and looking at some stunning clothes that i wish i could fit into and look nice in has really spurred me on.
We did stop off for a coffee
and the baguettes were taunting me a bit
, but i got through it
. Had my bar which helped as i had a chew on something.

Well today springs a new week. So chuffed with my 1st weigh in last night! i actually went to Asda today with my better half. thought i could handle it, but while my slim partner eyed up some chinese, i found myself thinking 'oh sod it' and getting one too. i stayed quiet and eventually we carried on. some food i looked at and thought 'yuck' the other i thought 'omg i would love to eat that now'
